Ran across this at Circuit City trying to get the Slick Deal of a Belkin Wireless G router for minus $3. Missed the boat. The router is now $19.95 after a $50 mail-in rebate. 

So I am still trying to figure out "where do you sit?" If things are handled differently in your restrooms, the white paper hanging on the wall is intended to go on the seat of the commode for people that fear germs.

There was a guy in the stall when I took the picture. When he came out I commented on the oddness and he laughed and said, "that deserves a picture!" Unbeknownst to him, the shutter had already clicked.
