Thanks to Windows XP and MSN Messenger 7.0 I was just able to use Remote Desktop Assistant to get on my father-in-law's desktop computer to grab a file from his laptop computer and transfer it to a server in West Virginia using software downloaded from Atlanta.
I love computers!
