I'm happy to see that the normally elusive cat is hanging out in the kitchen despite the morning traffic. It's practically allowing itself to be walked over.
I'm a little disturbed for the reason it is so interested in the kitchen. Apparently the cold weather has already brought our winter batch of mice in. I was sitting here typing and saw the cat wrestling with the mouse. Unfortunately it got away. I am thrilled that this cat has decided to earn its keep.
